2025-2026 Package Features and Options: Ceremony and Reception
Our packages are customized for each couple to ensure your special day is truly unique!
Room Selection:
Choose between the Main Room or Summerbell Room
Ceremony and Setup:
1-Hour Ceremony Rehearsal (Thursday before the event)
2 Hours of Setup on the day of the event (vendor setup and access to the building)
1-Hour Ceremony (includes use of ceremony space, decor options finalized during planning)
Reception:
5-Hour Reception (includes 30 minutes for teardown)
Includes:
Tables, chairs, linens and ceiling décor (options available for each room)
Full service staff for setup and teardown of contracted items
16x16 Dance Floor (upgrades available)
Catering:
All catering is done in-house with our Chef Ana
Includes:
Complimentary menu tasting after booking
Dishware, glassware, cutlery and carafes of water on each table
Staffed buffet service and self-serve beverage station throughout the event
Bar Services:
Bar Setup Fee includes:
Bartender, glassware, ice, full bar setup, busing, and cleanup (for up to 100 guests)
Additional bartender required for every 100 guests at $250 each
Note: Hosting is not included in this fee, and no tabs are allowed. Proof of age required for service
Bar opens after the ceremony or at the event start time. No outside alcohol is permitted on the property
Optional Add-Ons:
Champagne & Martinelli’s Cider Toast with flutes served with a table-side pour: $2.99 per guest
All non-alcoholic toast available as well.
Pricing:
Packages start at $14,850++ for 100 guests Main Room
Final pricing will be customized based on individual guest count and whether the package includes a ceremony
